• It is CORE and COAT technology, where “CORE” component comprises of Anionic water soluble, Swellable Polymer which enables sustained release property, and the “COAT” component comprises of pH dependent polymer suitable to deliver drug at site specific in GIT.
• COAT component dissolves upon reaching the GIT site due to its pH dependent property and followed by slow release of drug triggered by Anionic Polymer based CORE matrix swelling and erosion over a period of defined time.
